Q1: What are your delivery charges across Pakistan?
To keep things simple and transparent for our customers, we charge a flat, fixed delivery fee of Rs.250 on all orders nationwide, regardless of the package weight or your location.

Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we provide safe and secure Cash on Delivery (COD) services all over Pakistan. You pay the fixed delivery charge and product amount only when the parcel reaches your doorstep.

Q4: How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is shipped, we will send a unique Tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Q5: Why did I receive a verification call/WhatsApp message?
To prevent fake orders and ensure accurate address details, our team verifies all Cash on Delivery orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching. Orders unconfirmed within 48 hours are automatically cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Q6: What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a strict 5-Day Return & Exchange Window. If your item arrives physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with an unboxing video or photo proof within 5 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Q7: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. "Change of Mind" returns or exchanges are strictly not acceptable. We highly encourage you to review the product descriptions, colors, and cap sizes carefully before placing your order.
Q8: Can I exchange a Kufi cap if it doesn't fit?
Due to health, hygiene, and Islamic principles regarding headwear, caps and Romals cannot be returned or exchanged if they show signs of wear, usage, or wash. If you receive a size different from the exact one you ordered, we will replace it immediately.
